Father’s Day is almost here! If your dad (or father figure) is anything like mine, he is SO hard to choose gifts for!

Here are my top 8 Father’s Day gifts this year!

1.  Storyworth

This is my favorite gift idea for 2019. Storyworth is a website that helps you write your memoir! We sent these to my mom and mother in law for Mother’s day, and they were a huge hit! I love reading their stories every week!

This is how it works:

-Purchase subscription (if you use my link you get $20 off when you use it by June 16th! You save $10 any other time!)

-They email the gift announcement to whomever you want, on whatever date you want.

-The recipient receives an email every week for a year, with questions for them to answer. (They can also tell their story on the phone if they prefer, and it will be transcribed in to text.)

-After a year, all of their stories are printed out in a hardcover book!

I think this is the coolest idea and I want my parents, grandparents and my husband and myself to do them! This is such a special way to learn more about the people we love, and have a way to pass their stories down to our kids, grandkids and beyond. I wish I had known about this before my grandpas passed away, as I am constantly thinking of things I wish I would have asked them when I had the chance.

2. Plants!

If your dad enjoys plants, you can find beautiful outdoor plants this time of year! Whether you support a local nursery or grab something from Costco, new plants or trees for your dad’s yard are sure to be a hit, if that’s his kind of thing and he has the space!

Make sure to do a bit of research to ensure the type of plant can survive in the environment in which it is going to be living!

This gift is easy because you can drop by your nearest nursery and have a beautiful and thoughtful gift last minute!

I’m obsessed with this flower pot on Amazon Prime. It is affordable and I think one on each side of the front door would look super cute. I can actually think of a ton of places to use this pot!

3.  InstaShiatsu Massager

I got one of these for Christmas and it is AMAZING. I was seriously impressed on how good the quality of the massage is, and it has heat to loosen up those tense muscles! Oh and they are available on Amazon Prime! Order while you still can and before they sell out!

4.  Gift Cards and e-gift cards

I freaking LOVE gift cards. I never get offended by gift cards, because I enjoy picking out what I want. Some dad favorites include gift cards to their favorite restaurant, Home Depot and Starbucks.

5.  Plan a Fun Day!

Check out Groupon for local deals. I buy tons of cool local deals on Groupon for WAY LESS MONEY! I frequently get discounts for local adventures, restaurants and trips to the zoo!

If you are spending a day with dad for Father’s Day, you can use Groupon deals to plan out a fun day at a fraction of the cost than you would normally spend.

6. Snack Boxes!

Who doesn’t love snack?! My favorite one to send is one full of delicious fruits and yummy snacks from Harry and David.

7. KeySmart PRO!

This is the coolest little gadget! I was given one to test and review and it is SO neat! It fits my key fob on one end (with a handy bottle opener down there too!) and the other end you can put several keys on, and they fold in to the gadget and you just flip out the one you need it when you need it! The REALLY cool thing about the PRO version is it has a TILE inside it and you can search for your keys using an app on your smartphone! You know what makes it even better?? You can search for your PHONE from your KEYS! This is the best gift ever for my husband, as he constantly loses his phone. (And his keys so it’s double awesome!) You can order yours HERE!

8. Mancrates!

Have you heard of ManCrates? They have an abundance of awesome gifts PERFECT for dads! You can find personalized and super unique gifts on their website. They are offering a Father’s Day discount, you can check it out HERE.

Use your gut!

Chances are, you know your dad best, so use your best judgement on choosing a Father’s Day gift. Most likely he would prefer to spend some time with you for Father’s Day, so if that is an option, I highly recommend it! Some of the best Father’s Days with my dad have been having a low key barbecue at my house while I cook and he relaxes with an ice cold brew!

I wish you a Happy Father’s Day if you are a dad, and I hope this last minute gift guide has been helpful for you!
